These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
